RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to feel confident when shopping with JM Perfume. Please read these rules before sending any item back.
30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after the date your order is delivered. Please contact us at 18013691309ccg@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS
Because fragrance is a personal-care and safety-sensitive product, an eligible return must be unopened, unused, factory-sealed, and in the original undamaged packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
OPENED OR TESTED FRAGRANCE
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, sprayed, tested, used, or had the factory seal removed, except when the item arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION AND ADDRESS
Do not send an item back without written approval from JM Perfume. After your return is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address. Do not use an address printed on the parcel or an address found elsewhere on the website. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
DAMAGED, LEAKING, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 18013691309ccg@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and item so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Opened or used fragrance, clearance or final-sale items, and gift cards are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If applicable law gives you additional consumer rights, those rights are not limited by this policy.
REFUNDS
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
